Return and Exchange Policy: At Nirooz, abayas are custom-made starting from the moment the order is received on the website and are not ready-made. Therefore, exchanges or refunds cannot be made if the product matches the images and has no manufacturing defect. *Exchanges and refunds are possible in the following cases:* - Receiving the wrong order. - Receiving an incomplete order (the customer will be delivered the missing item or its value will be refunded). - The product does not match the agreed specifications. Conditions for exchange and refund: - If there is a defect in the piece, you must contact us directly within 24 hours of receipt. - The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached, undamaged, and in its original packaging. - After issuing the policy by the store, the customer must deliver the product to the nearest branch of the shipping company. - Products that cannot be exchanged (Niqabat, Tareh). Important notes: After completing the order, the customer can cancel it within 6 hours or before it is processed. If cancellation occurs afterward, a fee of 29 riyals for shipping and handling will be deducted. If delivery fails due to the customer’s non-responsiveness, a fee of 29 riyals for shipping and handling will be deducted. - Excess threads on the abaya are not considered a defect and can be removed with scissors. - Lace abayas are made from the same high-quality fabric, and the pattern or design placement may vary from piece to piece, which is normal for this type of fabric and does not affect the quality or luxury of the abaya. - Entering the address and contact number correctly is the customer’s responsibility, and we are not responsible for non-receipt of the shipment due to incorrect customer data. - Comments written in the order must be communicated to us so we can inform you if they can be fulfilled or not. - No modifications can be made after more than 6 hours of completing the order.
